Ms. Jones’s practice areas include family law, juvenile abuse and neglect law, civil trial practice, and social security disability law. She graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 2009 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and African American Studies. She received her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2012, where she was a member of the Law Review and the Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Jones represents both plaintiffs and defendants in Beaufort, Hyde, Martin, Pitt, Tyrrell, and Washington Counties, and she currently serves as the attorney for the Hyde County Department of Social Services. She also serves as Vice President of the Ruth’s House Domestic Violence Shelter’s Board of Directors and is a member of Richard Powell Legal Society and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.
