Franz F. Holscher

Mr. Holscher serves as the City Attorney for the City of Washington, N.C and as the County Attorney for Hyde County, NC. He also serves on the Beaufort County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council and formerly served as President of the Beaufort County Bar Association as well as Treasurer for the Second Judicial District Bar.
